What We Do
Kapeti Interior Architecture, led by Servet Yuksel (BIID Registered Interior Designer), delivers turnkey design & build, refurbishment and fit-out across London and the UK.
Our philosophy is simple: we approach every project first as designers.
We don’t treat “technical” as a separate phase—we solve the technical reality through a design lens, so the details, interfaces and on-site decisions protect the concept, elevate the finish, and work in day-to-day use. Kapeti combines interior architecture, construction management and specialist coordination—MEP (mechanical, electrical, HVAC), bespoke joinery and FF&E—so clients get one team, one programme, and a controlled handover.

We lead interior design and technical design, then deliver the build and installation as a turnkey service. Kapeti works across restaurants, offices, high-end homes, clinics, hotels and retail—coordinating finishes, MEP, bespoke joinery and procurement to reduce handovers, control variations, and achieve a refined result on schedule.
Fit-Out & Refurbishment
Office (CAT A / CAT B), Restaurant & hospitality, retail and residential refurbishments.
Whether you’re upgrading an existing space or completing a new shell, we deliver fit-outs that balance technical performance and fine detail. From layouts and finishes to MEP integration, joinery and installation, we focus on durable, high-end outcomes—ready for opening, occupation, or letting.
Bespoke Production & Interior Supply
Bespoke furniture, joinery and hard-to-source items—designed, produced and installed.
We deliver custom joinery and furniture tailored to your brand and space, plus FF&E sourcing and procurement. For trade clients, we also provide wholesale interior supply solutions to support fit-outs with consistent quality, lead times and controlled installation.
Principal Contracting & CDM
Principal contractor-led delivery for projects that demand programme certainty.
We manage site operations, subcontractors, sequencing and quality control—backed by structured reporting and snagging. We coordinate specialists, inspections and handover documentation so your project moves safely and efficiently from demolition to final clean and sign-off.
Project Management
Project management and design coordination for approvals, compliance and specialist reporting.
We support projects with surveys, technical design development and coordination with third parties—building controllers, structural engineers and specialist consultants. Where required, we assist with planning coordination and documentation, keeping design intent aligned with practical delivery and programme.
