We begin with feasibility studies, layout planning, concept design and full 3D visualisations, helping clients clearly understand the proposed space before any work begins. All technical drawings, material specifications and compliance documents are prepared by our team. This includes planning applications, Licence to Alter submissions, fire strategyreports, fire risk assessments and complete MEP design, ensuring a smooth approval process without delays.
During construction, Kapeti handles the entire turnkey build: demolition, structural works, mechanical and electrical installations, bespoke joinery, specialist manufacturing, finishes and full commissioning. Many custom elements are produced in Turkey, allowing us to deliver high-end craftsmanship at excellent value.
