Chemothermia Oncology Centre is one of the most significant healthcare interior projects in Kapeti's portfolio — and one of the most important clinic designs of its era. Delivered in 2019, this was a pioneering cancer treatment centre built around a then-revolutionary clinical approach: the integration of chemotherapy with thermal medicine protocols. The clinical environment had to reflect that ambition — a space that felt neither institutional nor intimidating, but precise, considered and human.

Kapeti delivered the complete interior architecture and fit-out: spatial planning for clinical and patient areas, specialist medical finishes, treatment room design, reception and waiting areas, staff workspaces, and all technical and MEP coordination. Every decision was made with the patient experience in mind — reducing anxiety, supporting clinical efficiency and communicating the centre's international standing through the quality of the environment.
