Genetiks Genetic Laboratory is one of Europe's leading genetic diagnostics facilities, serving clients across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. The 1,200 sqm project presented a rare design and build challenge: creating a laboratory environment that functions at the highest technical standard while communicating the precision and credibility that a world-class science facility demands.

Kapeti delivered the complete interior architecture, technical design and fit-out — covering laboratory spatial planning, specialist clinical and scientific finishes, controlled environment coordination, staff and visitor areas, and full MEP systems integration. The result is a facility that operates at international level and presents itself accordingly.
