Islington Dental Practice is a private clinic interior design project developed for Dr Teki — a fully designed concept package ready for implementation. The brief was precise: a modern clinical environment that prioritises not only the operational efficiency of the clinical team, but the psychological experience of every patient who walks through the door.

Post-2020 clinic design has shifted significantly. The best modern clinics understand that patient anxiety is a clinical variable — and that a considered interior, with natural light, calm materiality and clear spatial logic, actively contributes to patient outcomes. Kapeti designed this practice with those principles at its core: welcoming without being informal, clinical without being cold.
