Kendo House is a bespoke villa project — a private residence with 3.6-metre ceiling heights set on the edge of woodland, where the design brief was to dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape. Every decision — from the structural infrastructure and MEP systems through to bespoke joinery, custom furniture and final styling — was made in service of that integration. Delivered in full by Kapeti through its design and build model: one team, one contract, from concept to completed space.
