Kuwait Cottage is a holiday villa project on the coast of Kuwait — a 1,000+ sqm residence with panoramic sea views, delivered remotely by Kapeti Interior Architecture from London. Kapeti engaged during the construction phase, completing the full interior architecture, sourcing and supplying fit-out materials via container shipment, and managing the implementation process remotely while local teams carried out on-site work. Custom furniture was produced and shipped after completion of the shell — installed by local teams under Kapeti's remote supervision. A complete international remote project management delivery.
